Polyphenylsulfone
Polyphenylsulfone (PPSF or PPSU) is a high performance polymer made of aromatic rings linked by sulfone (SO2) groups.
-
Lubricant for Enameled Wire
Enameled wire is one of the most basic electrical materials as a winding wire, and has a large market space as a product supporting the electronics and electrical industry.
-
Enameled Wire Paint Remover
Enameled wire paint remover is a product used for peeling off the paint skin of enameled wire.
-
Polyvinylformal Enamels
This is a polyvinylformal enamel for general purpose, made of high performance polyvinylformal resins and other resins.
-
Fiberglass for Enameled Wire
Glass fiber enamelled wire is enamelled on high-quality copper (aluminum) conductors, and then wrapped with glass fibers.
-
THEIC Modified Polyesterimide Wire Enamels
THEIC Modified Polyesterimide Wire Enamels is class 180 THEIC modified polyesterimide wire enamel with temperature index 200.
-
Polyamide-imide Wire Enamel
Polyamide-imide (PAI) is a thermoplastic or thermosetting non-crystalline polymer with excellent mechanical properties, heat resistance and chemical corrosion resistance. These properties make polyamide-imide the best choice for both price and performance.
-
Aluminum Alloy Wire
Aluminum alloy wire is a metal wire product with a tensile strength σb (MPa) ≥ 180. Aluminum alloy wires are used in large-span high-voltage overhead transmission lines, and steel-cored aluminum alloy stranded wires are the most used. The production and application technology of this type of wire is basically mature, but its heat resistance and corrosion resistance are relatively weak. The transmission capacity of the line is limited to a certain extent.

Polyethersulfone (PES)
Polyethersulfone is a thermoplastic polymer material with excellent comprehensive performance developed by the British ICI company in 1972. It is one of the few special engineering plastics that have been applied.
-
Thermoplastic Plastic Film
Thermoplastic film is a film made of thermoplastic resin as the base material. Such as polyethylene film, polypropylene film, polyvinyl chloride film, polystyrene film, polycool film, polyamide film, etc.
-
Polyurethane Enamels
Enameled wire varnish is coated on the surface of copper wire or aluminum wire. After baking, it can form a kind of product with electrical insulation and certain mechanical strength, heat resistance and chemical resistance.

Polyamideimide For Enameled Wire
Lacquered wire enamel can be applied to up to 30 layers of copper and aluminum wire. This provides electrical insulation and helps to short-circuit the windings. These enameled wire paints must also have very good chemical and heat resistance, must adhere well to copper or aluminum wire, and have excellent mechanical stability. In some cases, such as when used in inverter-driven motors, the appropriate insulation should be resistant to possible partial discharge, which may lead to short circuit and failure of the motor. The importance of the use of polyamide-imide enamel as a paint wrap is highlighted here.
