1.Polyester

The recommended wire diameter for this kind of painted enameled wire is 0.05-1.0mm. The gauge of the wire is 130. Enameled wire with a bending point of 110-130°C has a wide curing range of insulation. Enameled wire with a bending point of 115-130°C has high penetration rate and high processing speed. You can choose according to your own needs.
If you choose the recommended wire diameter of 0.315-3.0mm, such enameled wire has better flexibility and high thermal impact, and can be used for larger and more precise instruments.The recommended wire diameter is 0.05-1.6mm, with high processing speed, and the wire is reddish gold.
Enameled wire with a wire diameter of 0.05-2.0mm is recommended, and has different characteristics according to different specifications and other data. 2.Polyurethane
Polyurethane paint is polyurethane paint. It has strong paint film, full luster, strong adhesion, water resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. It is widely used in high-grade wooden furniture and can also be used on metal surfaces. Its shortcomings mainly include problems such as foaming when it is wet, and powdering of the paint film. 3. Polyesterimide

4. Poly-imide
It is a very good replacement of traditional polyamide-imide wire enamel its cresol soluble and free from NMP so application made easy. Widely used high heat-resistant grade (220 grade) enameled wire varnish is mostly used as topcoat to produce composite wires to improve the overall performance of enameled wires. It is widely used in the production of sealed motors and refrigerant-resistant enameled wires. Some products can also be applied alone. In order to improve the performance of the enameled wire, it can also be made into a self-lubricating type and a filling type. There are increasingly important applications in the heavy motor and automotive industries.
