NOTES FOR CTC:-
1) SUPPLIER TO FORWARD INSTRUCTION MANUAL: DRYING AND CURING OF EPOXY COATED CONDUCTOR FOR SINGLE WINDING.
2) SUPPLIER TO FORWARD CTC TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION FOR MTM REFERENCE.
3) SUPPLIER TO FORWARD TECHNICAL DATA SHEET (TDS) FOR MTM APPROVAL BEFORE PRODUCTION.
4) Inner layer: (Insulation paper manufacturer from Weidmann, (Switzerland/ China) or Munskjo, Sweden or Pucaro, Germany) only.
Thermally upgraded insulating paper as per IEC 60554-3-5, grade 5A4-1M1.
Inner layer shall be butt lap without gap and each layer staggering with respect to the underlying layer by 30%.

7) Supplier to forward test certificate for insulation paper, copper conductor, enamel and epoxy coated before manufacturing for MTM approval.
8) No. of transposition shall be provided in supplier Data Sheet.
9) Dimensional detail of CTC (after epoxy coated CTC cured and compressed condition) shall be submitted to MTM for review and approval.
10) Paper covering shall be closely packed without gaps. CTC shall be free from twist & other form of distortion. Paper covering shall be tight and free from
crack, puncture and inclusion of foreign matters, creases and other defects. Loose covering is NOT ACCEPTABLE.

2) Inner layer: (Insulation paper from Weidmann, Munskjo and Pucaro only)
2.1) Thermally upgraded insulating paper as per IEC 60554-3-5, grade 5A4-1M1.
2.2) Inner layers (Kraft paper) shall be applied in butt-laps without any gap in the butt. Each layer shall be staggered (progressively displaced) with
respect to the underneath layer, by 33% of paper width.
